Coronavirus
If you are unable to travel abroad because of Coronavirus why not have a lovely relaxing break here in one of our beautiful self-contained rooms tucked away in the countryside.  Or, if you want to self-isolate away from your loved ones or you are vulnerable and want to be away from other people our accommodation is ideal.

Our accommodation is self-contained with fully equipped kitchens so you would not have to come into contact with anyone else during your stay if you do not wish to. 

Based in a beautiful small village with lots of lovely walks on the door step.  Our local pubs are now open!  The Catherine Wheel, Albury (3 mins drive) 7 days a week and The Brewery Tap (walking distance) which also has a shop with delicious local produce, all essentials and more.  The Brewery Tap is also doing the most amazing pizzas in their outside pizza oven Friday to Saturday.  Eat in or take away. 

There are also many restaurants around that provide take aways.

We are 10 minutes from Bishop's Stortford, 15 minutes from Buntingford, 20 minutes from the lovely historical Saffron Walden, 30 minutes from picturesque Thaxted.  Or you can just chill out here and go for lovely walks or cycle in the countryside. 

Be assured that every room is spotlessly clean and is throughly cleaned from top to bottom after each guest.  All crockery and cutlery is dishwashed at high temperatures.  All bed linen and towels are washed at high temperatures.   Door handles, light switches and every possible surface is thoroughly washed and sanitised with bleach.  Anything that cannot be washed or bleached is thoroughly sprayed with an appropriate sanitiser.
